August 11, 2013: trip to Ashland, Oregon:  Our drive from Seattle, Washington to Ashland, Oregon went smoothly. On our way, we passed through Olympia, the capital of Washington. We stopped to see the state capital building compound:

 After we arrived in Ashland, we went to a nearby gastropub for dinner. The walls of the restaurant were lined with hundreds of bottles of beer:

After dinner, we rested and prepared for our last day in Oregon for this trip.
