May 4, 2011: Transylvania Day 6: Korosfo and home

May 4, 2011: Note: It looks like I reported on the first city we visited on May 4th (Maroshasarhely, or Targu Mures in Romanian) in my blog entry for May 3rd. You can read about that by accessing my blog entry for May 3rd.

Below are pictures taken of our return trip to Hungary.




On our way, we passed some "gypsy palaces", homes that were being built by prosperous gypsies. As you can see, these homes have elaborate rooftops built of tin.

Here's a picture of the group of us who went on the tour.

And so ends our tour or Transylvania, Romania. I'll never forget how green this beautiful part of Romania is. I could have taken dozens of more pictures of the beautiful countryside but it was impossible to do so on a moving bus. Hopefully, the pictures I took gave you a glimpse of the beautiful scenes we saw.
